This lesson will guide you through the process of mass generating transcripts.
Where to start
1. Click on Grades.
2. Under Transcripts, select Mass Transcript Generation.
3. Input your generation criteria, ex. Site, Enrollment Date, Student Group, Departments, etc. For additional filters, click Additional Filters.
4. Select your Transcript Configuration (template).
5. Select High School or Middle School.
6. Click Generate Transcripts.
Once you have clicked Generate Transcripts, you will get a green confirmation message at the top of your screen. To see a list of the jobs generating, click Batch Jobs.
To access Batch Jobs from anywhere in the system, go to your control panel and select Scheduled Jobs.
Find your Mass Transcript Job on the Scheduled Jobs list, and select Download.
