This lesson will guide you through the process of accessing the GPA Calculation Worksheet. This worksheet displays Courses, Year Taken, Grade, Credits Received, Credits Attempted, Point calculation, Notes and any Excluded Courses (including the reason for the exclusion).
Where to Start
1. Click on Grades.
2. Select Student GPA.

You will be taken to a Student Search. Enter your search criteria, and your list of students (or your single student) will come up at the bottom of your screen. Click on the name of the student to access their Student GPA.
Accessing the GPA Calculation Worksheet

You will be shown the Overall Student GPA and the current year's Student GPA. To access the GPA Calculation worksheet. Click on the ? icon next to the GPA you would like to see a break down of.

The GPA Calculation Worksheet will pop up giving you the Course, Year Taken, Grade, Credits Received, Credits Attempted, Point calculation and any Notes.

If you scroll to the bottom of the GPA Calculation Worksheet you will see totals and any Excluded grades, including the reason for exclusion.

Note- you can also have more than one GPA Calculation Worksheet open at a time for comparison purposes. Click and hold your mouse button on the grey bar at the top of the box to reposition it.
To close the GPA Calculation Worksheet, simply click on the X in the top right corner.
