Q. How often do I have to create transcripts?
A: Transcripts are to be created yearly, for each academic year.
Q: Are there character limits for the name and description of a Custom Transcript?
A: The name can be up to 75 characters, the description does not have a character limit.
Q: Can student photos be added to transcripts?
A: Currently student photos cannot be added to transcripts.
Q: Will I still have access to original transcripts?
A: Yes, you will continue to have access to legacy transcripts.
Q: How many Transcript Configurations can I create?
A: As many as you would like.
Q: Do I need to create grading periods to see information on transcripts?
A: Yes, you need to make Secondary Final grading periods in order for grades posted by teachers to show on transcripts. In addition, grades will not show as in progress on transcripts until a Secondary Final grading period is created and not until that grading period ends will grades teachers post actually show on the transcript.
Q: Is the Footer customizable?
A: Currently the Footer is not customizable.
Note: The default configuration is set to count "in progress" credits as received. This configuration option can be changed for the entire district as needed. Contact Illuminat to make the change if needed.
