This lesson provides information and templates or data specs (where available) on starting to collect the required data in support of your Civil Rights Data Collection submissions.
Some elements required to be submitted as part of the CRDC are not data points collected or stored in Illuminate. To best assist you, we have a data spec or file that can be used to populate and submit such data to the Office of Civil Rights.
Tab 1: Data Elements contains both the elements and descriptions of the unsupported elements needed for submission
Tab 2: Unsupported Data File contains the data spec for a successful import.
You can also click here to download: http://www.illuminateed.com/State_Export_Formats/CRDC_Unsupported_Elements.xls
For successful submission to OCR, tab 2 should be saved as a stand-alone, separate .CSV file. This document is to assist in the submission of fields not stored in Illuminate.
Part of the configuration or data setup process is to include credentialing information, typically stored in User Management within the Credentials section of the user's profile information.
To assist in most efficient data collection, here is a data spec that can be populated and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org to update such information as a mass import request.
