- It is required the you have reviewed U650 Setting the Scheduling Stage, specifically Rollover.
- Only those with the appropriate permissions are able to replicate the activities within this lesson.
- Confirm with your IT/Technology Team your ability to access VIMEO on site/district computers.
Phase 2: Course Requests
Course Requests are vital to creating a schedule. Learn how you can manually enter course requests, import, or use online tools from Student Portal, or the combination of all tools, to collect course requests and see your scheduling needs.
Phase 3: Scheduling Parameters and Constraints
An option is to create scheduling parameters and contraints in support of:
- Teacher Course Availability
- Teacher Timeblock Availability
- Student-Student, Student-Teacher, Student-Timeblock Restrictions

Phase 6: Publish!
It is that easy. Your last step is to Publish the schedule live.
- Once published, you will now edit the schedule LIVE. No more draft building, editing, or fine tuning is advised.
- If using the portal, consider turning off or disabling the Schedule widget, so that the upcoming schedules aren't available to students yet.

Send in a request to help@illuminateed.com or your Implementation Manager with dates to disable and enable the Schedule widget.
