Description: This is an abstract for the Missing Attendance report, which allows office staff or administrators to view which teachers haven't reported attendance for specific periods in a date range.
Purpose: Provides a list of teachers who did not report attendance for specified periods.
Where to Start
1. Go to Attendance
2. Select Missing Attendance.
Who is the intended audience?
Office Staff and Administrators.
What data is reported?
Date, Section ID, Teacher ID, Teacher Name, Period, Course, and Room #
How is the data reported?
The data will be reported by earliest date and in alphabetical order (by teacher last name) for each date. Users can click a column heading to re-order based on that data column.
