Description: This is an abstract for the Grade Posting Log - Exited Student List, which can be used to verify grades submitted for all students who exited during a chosen grading period.
Purpose: A listing of all students including teacher, course, and period who received grades AND exited before the end of the grading period.
Navigation: Reports > View Reports > Prebuilt > Grades
Who is the intended audience?
Teachers and Administrators.
What data is reported?
Each students name, ID, entry and exit dates, grade in the class, teacher, course, period, citizenship mark, work habits score, and comment status (yes or no).
How is the data reported?
Each report is for a specific school and grading period.
Since most teachers are viewing this report after grades have been published, any changes to grades or scores may only be made by someone with administrator-level access (by using the Edit Grade option by Student or Section).
