The Early On Caseload Report is designed to allow providers and administration to see what Early On Services are being provided and by whom.

1. Click on Reports.
2. Select Early On Caseload Report.
OR ISE only site via the Students tab.


OR ISE and either ISI and/or DnA via SpecEd.
1. Select All My Sites to view your caseload across any site(s) that have Early On Students. Or, select a site from the dropdown to view students specific to a site.
2. Select the Date from which you want to view your caseload.
3. Method- Select Both to view students who are both direct/consult. Or, use the dropdown to select either Direct or Consult.
4. Medicaid Eligible- Select Both to view students who are Medicaid eligible or not Medicaid eligible. Or, use the dropdown to select either No or Yes.
5. To view ONLY students who are eligible for Special Education, select Is Special Ed. To view ONLY students who are Early On only, select, Is Not Special Ed. To view BOTH Special Education eligible AND/or Early On Eligible, select Both.
6. To view the Early On Caseload within Illuminate select Yes. To view it as a PDF, select No.
7. Click Load.
View The Report
1. The Early On Service Column shows the Service being provided by you.
2. The Program Column will show any Special Education Program(s) that the student is being provided. In the example, the student is receiving Early On Special Instruction. Therefore, code 270 is showing in this column for special education program.
3. The Service Column will show any Special Education Service(s) that the student is being provided.
To download your Early On Caseload Report use the options available just above the report.

1. Select All My Sites to view caseloads across any site(s) that have Early On Students. Or, select a site from the dropdown to view students specific to a site.
2. Select the Date from which you want to view the caseload(s).
3. Method- Select Both to view students who are both direct/consult. Or, use the dropdown to select either Direct or Consult.
4. Medicaid Eligible- Select Both to view students who are Medicaid eligible or not Medicaid eligible. Or, use the dropdown to select either No or Yes..
5. To limit results to specific provider(s) by last name, enter the last name in the text box. NOTE: You can only enter ONE last name but there may be multiple providers with the same last name.
6. To limit results to specific provider(s) by first name, enter the first name in the text box. NOTE: You can only enter ONE first name but there may be multiple providers with the same first name.
7. To view ONLY students who are eligible for Special Education, select Is Special Ed. To view ONLY students who are Early On only, select, Is Not Special Ed. To view BOTH Special Education eligible AND/or Early On Eligible, select Both.
8. To view the Early On Caseload within Illuminate select Yes. To view it as a PDF, select No.
9. Click Load.
View Results
1. The Early On Service Column shows the Service being provided by you.
