While the roles.txt file provides a great option to mass update user roles, there are not easy ways to check role assignment. The best way to check this is listed below:
- Once signed into Illuminate, click on your admin gear
- From the drop down selections, click on User Management.
- Once in User Management, you can use the top filter options to specify a specific role. By doing this, you can confirm that the appropriate users have been assigned the appropriate role.
*Note: You can also navigate the system using the Quick Switcher. If you are using a PC, hit CTRL and the letter K on your keyboard. If you are using a Mac, hit command and the letter K. Next, you will see a pop-up modal on your screen. Next, you will see a pop-up modal on your screen. Type the menu heading or task you want to complete, in this case you would type “User Management”.
