Description: This is an abstract for the Attendance Verification Log, which is a Global Attendance Verification Log that allows district and school staff to see a running, historical record of attendance taken in the system by teachers. This includes any attendance marks updated by school administration as well as reconciled attendance records.
Purpose: This report displays a running, historical record of attendance taken in the system by teachers.
NOTE: By default, this report will be available only to System Administrators. System Administrators must then share the report to any users they wish to have access.
Where to Start
1. Go to Reports.
2. Select View Reports.
3. Search for Attendance Verification Log.
This report has 3 possible views: Absent and Tardy Records, Deleted Records, and Present Students.
Who is the intended audience?
Office Staff, Administrators, and Teachers.
What data is reported?
Student Name, Attend Date, Grade, Period, Teacher, Course #, Course Title, Section #, Changed From, Changed To, Recorded By, Change Date/Time, and IP Address.
How is the data reported?
The data is reported in a list by student last name. Administrators will see all students, and teachers will only see students rostered to them.
You can filter columns on this report by clicking the column name. When clicked, a formatting tool bar will pop up. The filters you select will be honored when the report is printed.
