Resolve Duplicate Usernames and Emails
System Admins can now resolve duplicate users from User Management. Core data import error logs will flag duplicate users (as determined by duplicate usernames and emails) with a warning that a duplicate user record exists. Additionally, the Email field is no longer required in User Management so that users can be created without having to specify an email address.
