Configuring Assessment Scopes allows districts to filter what assessment data is sent through the Ed-FI API. By default, all Ed-Fi Assessment dat is sent to the Ed-Fi ODS. If at least one Assessment Scope is configured, only data associated with that Assessment Scope will be sent to the Ed-Fi sever. Configuring Ed-fi Assessment Scopes is the fourth step in enabling the data push from DnA to Ed-Fi. However, it is optional. This article guides districts through through the process of creating Ed-Fi Assessment Scopes.
