There are 10 custom reports available for reviewing Ed-Fi Assessment Outcome information. These reports include 3 custom error reports, 2 custom standards reports, and 5 positive sync reports. This article guides users through installing and sharing the reports.
Installing the Reports
- Select Administration Options.
- Select Install Packages under the ZE Library section.
- Enter EdFi (no hyphen) to search by tag.
- Use the checkboxes to select the reports to install.
- Select Install Selected.
The report Status will change to Installed once successfully loaded.
Sharing the Reports
- Select Reports > View Reports.
Reports must be shared with any roles or specific users in order for them to access the reports.
- Filter the reports list by entering Edfi (no hyphen) into the search bar.
- Selecting a report.
- Select Share.
- Ue the dropdown menu to select which Users Groups or individual users to share the report with.
- Use the checkboxes to select which abilities the users will have.
- Select Share.
The above process will need to be repeated for each Ed-Fi report.
