Release Notes v15.1.11 (08.17.23)

Early on Assessment (birth-2yr olds) has changed to Part C Early Childhood Outcome.

Update the Code Management Tables to reflect new names (the image shows the example for 'Type' codes. The same changes apply for 'Tool' codes:

ISE Eo Assessment Type:

1. ISE Eo Assessment Type has been changed to ISE Eo Outcome Type.
2. ISE Eo Assessment Type Codes has been changed to ISE Eo Outcome Type Codes.

ISE Eo Assessment Tool:

1. ISE Eo Assessment Tool has been changed to ISE Eo Outcome Tool.
2. ISE Eo Assessment Tool Codes has been changed to ISE Eo Outcome Tool.

Labels have been adjusted for the Entrance Outcome Page, Annual Outcome Page, and Exit Outcome Page. The image is an example of Entrance Page but the adjustments are the same for all three pages.

1. Return Page name change from Early On Assessment List to Part C Early Childhood Outcome List.
2. Page name change from Early On Assessment to Part C Early Childhood Outcome.
3. Change assessment name from Early On Assessment has been changed to Part C Early Childhood Outcome.
4. Change Assessment Date has been changed to Rating Date.

• The Parent Input field/dropdown and Parent Input Date/date picker have been removed.

Adjust wording on Landing page to the following:

1. Early On Assessment (birth - 2 yrs old) has changed to Part C Early Childhood Outcome
2. Early On Assessment has changed to Part C Early Childhood Outcome
3. Assessment Type  has changed to Rating Type
4. Assessment Tool  has changed to Rating Tool
5. Assessment Date  has changed to Rating Date
6. Add Entrance Assessment  has changed to Add Entrance Outcome
7. Add Annual Assessment has changed to Add Annual Outcome
8. Add Exit Assessment has changed to Add Exit Outcome
