This lesson will guide you through the use of the Mass Update Sections tool. This tool allows you to update a large number of live sections at one time.
Where to Start
1. Click on the Scheduling tab.
2. Under Live Schedule, select Live Sections.
Choose your filters
1. Select any filters you which to use to search for your section.
2. Click Submit.
3. Select the checkbox next to the sections you wish to update.
4. At right, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Mass Update.
The sections you are updating will display at the top of the page.
Make any changes you would like under 'Section Mass Update' and click Submit.
You will be asked to confirm your updates. Click the checkbox next to 'Yes, I understand that I am mass updating the course details I have selected in the previous screen.' Then click Save Changes.
You will receive confirmation that your sections have been updated.
