This lesson provides information on how to record IEP Team participant attendance. Information is also provided on how to add additional participants not previously invited to the IEP Team meeting.
This lesson requires that you have selected a student and are viewing a single student's record. If you are unsure how to locate a student, see the "Find a Student" lesson in the "Students" manual for help.
This lesson also requires that you have added an invitation and indicated parental attendance. For more information on how to add an invitation and participant information see the, "Create an IEP Invitation" chapter in this manual. For more information on how to input parental attendance see the, "Indicate Parental Attendance" lesson in this manual.
Where to Start
To create an Invitation click on Special Ed-> IEP Details-> Click "Select Action" Dropdown-> Click "Wizard Quick Resume"
Indicate Attendance
1. Select Present or Not Present for each IEP Participant to indicate attendance.
2. From the drop down menu select the title of any additional IEP Participants not previously invited and enter his/her name to the right.
3. Click the Add button to add the additional participant.
Note: Additional participant(s) will not be added until the Add button is clicked. Repeat Steps 2-3 to add any additional IEP Participants.
4. Click "Next."
Next Steps
By clicking "Next" you have successfully saved participant attendance information.
A green message will appear atop the Primary Eligibility page indicating that participant attendance information has been successfully saved.
You are now ready to indicate the student's Primary Eligibility.
