When I click on the Mass Caseload Reassignment link I get a "No Providers Found" Error.
Where to Start

The Mass Caseload Reassignment feature is available to all users; however, it is restricted based on basic or admin level users.
Although there are other reasons a "No Providers Found" error may occur, this error will most likely occur for users who do not have/need access to the Medicaid Tab.
When a user receives the above error after clicking on the "Mass Caseload Reassignment" link it is likely that the user does not have the appropriate Permissions in the system.
If you have access to modify Permissions, it is possible that you can do this yourself.
If you do not have access to modify Permissions please contact your system administrator to have the appropriate permission assigned to your user account.
The following are steps that will guide you through assigning the necessary Permissions for users receiving the above error.
Assign the Necessary Permissions

1. From the Drop Down Menu select the appropriate Permission Scope.
2. From the Drop Down Menu select Focus Medicaid Module.
3. Click Load.

1. Select the desired Site/Role/User (based on selection in Permission Scope).
2. Click Load.
Next Steps

Verify that the permission works by either becoming another user or having the user login.
1. Click Students Tab.
2. Click the Mass Caseload Reassignment link.
The above screen should now display.
