This lesson will show you how to access Gradebook Reports from the Administrative level.
Required Permission: View Gradebook Admin Reports
Where to Start

- Click on Gradebook.
- All of the below reports are available under Gradebook.
Spreadsheet Report

Generate the Report

- Select a User.
- Select the Term to view a Gradebook for.
- Select the name of the Gradebook.
- Select if the report should Show Inactive Students.
- Click Start Over to reset all selections.
- Click Load to generate the report.
Grade Search

Generate the Report

- Set student Scope Seletors.
- Input the Lowest and Highest Percentage Bounds to display on the report.
- Select a Grading Period.
- Select a Rostering Date.
- Click Run to generate the report.
Progress Reports
Generate the Report

- Use the Student Scope Selectors to narrow down results.
- Use Grade Filters if looking for a subset of Grades.
- Select a Grading Period.
- Use Display Options to select what data points appear on the report.
- Select View Report to view in browser or Download PDF to create a PDF file.

Assignment Report
Generate Report

- Use the Student Scope Selectors to narrow down results.
- Use Grade Filters if looking for a subset of Grades.
- Select a Grading Period.
- Use Page Options to set the report in Portrait or Landscape.
- Use Display Options to select what data points appear on the report.
- Select View Report to view in browser or Download PDF to create a PDF file.
