This lesson will explain the Contact Report for your Gradebook.
Contact Report Preview
Where to Start
- Click the Gradebook tab.
- Select My Gradebooks.
- Click on the title of your Gradebook.
Access the Contact Report
- Click Reports.
- Click on the Contact Report.
This is a simple report that displays your student names with their parent's name and phone number. The report allows easy access to the parent's contact information if you are noticing your students grades are dropping.
If a contact does not have a relationship defined for that student, that contact will not show in this report.
