There are several ways to create a student list in Illuminate.
- The Student List Prebuilt Report creates a list with the student ID, first and last name, and gender. There are filters for date, rostering, and student demographics.
- A custom report gives you the opportunity to add any data for each student that you choose to make part of the report.
This report fits in the middle of these two. It allows you to select students based on English Proficiency, Instructional Programs, and Attendance Programs.
Where to Start
1. Click the Students tab.
2. Select Student List.
Select the site(s).
Populate Filter Options
Make selections from any of the choices that apply to your report. Once you select Columns, you will have the option to Sort. Click Submit to save your selections.
View and/or Download
Note: After viewing and/or downloading the report, you have the option to start over at the top left of the screen.
