Who is the intended audience?
Teachers, students, and parents
What data is reported?
All CAHSEE results for every student who took the CAHSEE. You can opt to view only those who passed 1 or both subjects, only those who failed 1 or both subjects, etc.
How is the data reported?
Each student has his or her own page of results, listing 1 row of scores per administration period, with the oldest scores on top (e.g., Davilo has a row for the time he took the CAHSEE on 10/5/10, followed by a row with his 11/9/10 CAHSEE scores). A notes area is included for school, student, or parent use.
CAHSEE’s two sections – English-Language Arts (ELA) and Math – must both be passed in order to pass the CAHSEE as a whole. Sites sometimes have difficulty obtaining records from students’ previous districts, so a “Previously Satisfied Requirements” (“R”) status indicates a student previously passed a particular CAHSEE section.
