This lesson will guide you through the process of creating, editing, and using Standard Collections in DnA. Standard Collections provide a quick and easy way for users to see a family or group of standards to choose from, as opposed to selecting standards from an entire standard set.
Required Permissions: Standard Collections, Share Standard Collections
Where to Start
- Go to Assessments.
- Select Create a New Standard Collection.
Creating A Standard Collection
- Give the Standard Collection a name.
- Click Submit.
Find and Link Standards to your collection
- Search for Standards using Keywords or select a Subject and Grade Level.
- Click Search.
- Click Expand/Collapse to see available standards.
- Use the checkboxes to select Standards.
- Click Link selected standards.
- Linked Standards will appear below the search.
- To remove standards, click the checkbox(es) and click Remove selected standards.
Viewing/Editing your Standard Collections
- Go to Assessments.
- Select List Standard Collections.
- Click the Name of a collection to edit.
- Standard Collection details will be listed, including author, number of standards, and last administration.
- To delete a collection, click the checkboxes to the right of the name.
- Click Remove.
