This lesson will guide you through the process of reseting a single user's password.
Where to Start
1. Click on the Administration Gear.
2. Under Users, select User Management.
3. Search for the user by Last Name, First Name, Username, any criteria you like.
4. Click Search.
5. Click Actions.
6. Select Change Password.
7. Type in the User's new password. Note: The # symbol cannot be used in a password.
8. Click Save Changes.
Once saved, you will receive the confirmation, "User successfully saved."
