Q. What do I do when a user is no longer employed at the district?
A. Edit the user’s profile and perform the following:
- Set to Inactive.
- Remove Role Affiliations for current year.
If you are using ISI at your district, you will also need to set the following:
- Allow Rollover - set to NO.
- Exclude from State Reporting - No.

Hi Ann - question here. If role affiliations are removed for the current year, I thought admins were not able to become that user to retrieve any work. Is that true? Possible implications are central office staff leaving and having created tests under their account rather than central accounts. That work could not be retrieved (I believe) if role/site affiliations are removed per your A2 above.
