This lesson will guide you through the use of the Schedule Checker tool. This tool allows users building draft schedules to run a "Preflight" check before publishing to see where there may be conflicts.
Where to Start

1. Click on the Scheduling tab.
2. Under Draft Schedule Management, select Draft Overview.

3. Once in the Draft Overview, select Quick Nav.
4. Press Schedule Checker.

The Schedule Preflight will run upon opening the page.
Schedule Preflight Report

The Schedule Checker will report on all areas of the draft schedule (i.e. Student Teacher Restrictions, Students with Conflicting Schedules, Sections linked multiple times, Sections over capacity, etc. If an area is okay, a green Passed will display for that area. If an area is in need of attention before publishing, a red Failed will display in that area.
