Where to Start
To create an Invitation click on Special Ed-> IEP Details-> Click "Select Action" Dropdown-> Click "Wizard Quick Resume"
Add and/or Edit Evaluation Types
Click the Add/Edit link.
Note: Clicking the Add/Edit link will automatically open the Evaluation Types Edit page.
1. Indicate Yes or No as to whether information from an Initial IEP or Reevaluation IEP, Classroom Based Assessment, State-wide Assessment, District-wide Assessment, or Ancillary Diagnostic Assessment information was used to help develop the IEP.
2. Click the Save button.
Note: The "Type" will only appear if "Yes" is selected for Initial/Reevaluation. This is NOT where you should indicate whether this is a re-evaluation or initial IEP, ONLY whether information from that type of document was used when developing the current IEP.
Review the completed Evaluation Types section.
Note: A Green Check Mark will appear next to each evaluation Type to indicate that it has been successfully completed.
You are now ready to complete the Demonstrated Needs section of the Strengths and Needs page.
The Demonstrated Needs section is the final section of the Strengths and Needs page.
