Where to Start
1. Click on Special Ed.
2. Click on IEP Details.
To create an Invitation click on Special Ed-> IEP Details-> Click "Select Action" Dropdown-> Click "Wizard Quick Resume"
From the IEP Wizard Quick Resume Menu, select IEP Wizard Transition Plan Invitation Information.

Indicate the Student Requires a Transition Plan
To continue and create a Transition Plan click "Yes."
Complete Transition Plan Invitation Information Page
1. Agency Invited: If an outside agency WAS NOT invited or was invited but not in attendance, you will be required to provide an explanation for why the agency was not invited or present for the IEP Team meeting. If an outside agency was invited AND present for the IEP Team meeting the Agency Invited field will appear similar to those in Steps 2-3 and will not require additional action on this page.
2. Student Invited: This statement will ONLY appear if the student was invited to the IEP. If the student WAS NOT invited to the IEP you will be required to provide an explanation of why he/she was not invited to the IEP Team meeting similar to what appears in Step 1.
3. Student Attendance: This statement will ONLY appear if the student was both invited to the IEP AND in attendance for the meeting. If the student WAS NOT in attendance you will be required to provide an explanation of why he/she was not in attendance for the IEP Team meeting similar to what appears in Step 1.
4. Click Save.
Note: If any of the statements are incorrect, you should go back to the respective section and make the appropriate change (i.e., if an Agency was invited and this screen says "Agency representatives were not...")
Hint: Clicking any of the Save buttons on the page will take you to the Transition Goals page.
After successfully saving the Transition Plan Invitation Information page a green dialogue box indicating, "IEP Wizard Transition Plan Invitation Information saved successfully" will appear at the top of the IEP Wizard Transition Goals page.
You are now ready to complete the Transition Goals (Adult Living) portion of the IEP.
