The Immunizations Report is a customizable list in which you can find students by site, grade, enrollment date, and vaccine type.
Where to Start
1. Click on the Health tab.
2. Under Reports, select Immunizations Report.

3. Select the district as a whole or site(s) you would like to run the list for.
4. Click Submit.

5. Select the enrollment date.
6. Select grade level(s).
7. Select the vaccine(s) you want to run the report to list.
8. Click Submit.
You list will populate. There will be one line per student per vaccination type. You can download this list to Excel, PDF, etc. for modifications or printing.
