This lesson will describe when a Medicaid One Time Consent will be included with the Permission to Place and updates that need to occur on the Parent Consent Page. Note: This is only for an student that moves back into the district (FROM either out of county (ISD) or out of state) that had previous enrollment in the district.
Complete a Permission to Place
Complete a Person to Place by selecting either Out of county/within county paper IEP or Out of state. Note: Selecting Within the county means that the student attended another school district within the ISD and does not require a new One Time Medicaid Consent.

Updates Required to Medicaid Consent Page
1. Add new One Time Parental Consent Date.
2. Optional: Add the previous One Time Parental Consent date. Note: If you add a New Parental Consent Date you will have to edit the end date after you save to match the student exit date as this defaults to a year after the date.
3. Click Save.
