This lesson describes how to create add Evaluation Dates for an evaluations that were created outside of Illuminate.
This lesson requires that you have selected a student and are viewing a single student's record. If you are unsure how to locate a student, see the "Find a Student" lesson in the "Students" manual for help.
Note: The ability to add Historical Evaluation Dates is Permission based.
Where to Start
1. Click on Students > Historical Evaluation Dates (if ISE Only), or
2. Click on Special Ed > Historical Evaluation Dates (if Multi-product).
Add Sit and Evaluation Date
1.  Select Site from the drop down.  Note:  If this was not done in one of the Illuminate district sites leave blank.  Currently the system will default to the ISD.
2.  Enter Date of the evaluation.
3.  Click Submit.
