This lesson will guide you in generating and editing multiple Student Profile Reports (e.g., the separate report for each student) simultaneously. This report communicates a wide variety of data (e.g., state test scores, local assessment scores, scheduling, grades, contact information, and much more) for a single student.
Where to Start
1. Click Reports.
2. Under General, click View Reports (Prebuilt & Custom Reports).
Click Student Profile. See the "Find a Prebuilt Report" lesson if you require help finding Student Profile on your list of reports.
Make Selections
1. Use the drop-down menus to ultimately select a course and/or class (period) and/or student. You can use a combination of any of the filters to customize your list.
2. Click Preview.
You will be given a preview of your current settings on the Student Profile. To make any changes before printing, move the widgets as you normally would on the regular Student Profile page.
To Print, click Download. An Adobe PDF of profiles for the students you selected will populate for printing.
