Description: This is an abstract for the assessment Standard Progress report, which helps you monitor students’ progress on standards or question groups. This report also give an option to run ONLY by assessments with common standards and question groups.
Purpose: Identifies how a student/class/school is performing and progressing on particular standards/question groups on each assessment.

Focus
Who is the intended audience?
Teachers, administrators, intervention staff, and Special Education staff
What data is reported?
For a class section: # of students trending up, trending down, and experiencing no change on each standard or question group.
For each student: overall % correct, average % correct and trending status on each standard or question group, points and % correct on each standard or question group on each assessment is available via drill-down/click
How is the data reported?
Overall Percent Correct: The total number of questions the student answered correctly for the Standard/Question Group divided by the total number of questions possible for that same Standard/Question Group.
Average Percent Correct: The average of the percent correct for each Standard/Question Group for all assessments selected.
Trend: The slope of the line of best fit is computed using the percent correct for each assessment for that Standard/Question Group and determines the trend.
- A green/up arrow indicates a student is trending up on a given standard and the slope is positive.
- A red/down arrow indicates a student is trending down on a given Standard/Question group and the slope is negative.
- An equals sign indicates no change in performance and the slope is zero.
- An 'N/A' indicates not enough scores are present to calculate trend (student did not take one or more tests selected).
Caution
Trending up on a given standard means % correct for standard on most recent assessment is higher than average % correct for standard on all assessments selected, whereas trending down means % correct for standard on most recent assessment is lower than average % correct for standard.
