Submit to ZE Library

This lesson will guide users through the use of ZE Library. This allows sites to mass transfer 'packages' of information to other sites/districts who are also using DnA. Users can submit Assessments and Custom Reports into ZE Library for sharing.

Required Permissions: Install Packages

Push Assessments to ZE Library

Go to Assessments.
Click View Assessments.
Select an Assessment View.

Click on Advanced.
Select Submit to ZE Library.

Add Package Details

Give your package a Name.
Add Tags to it for easy searching.
Client is a collection of packages.
Select Push to ZE Library. You will receive a success message and be redirected to the List Assessment page once completed.

There is size limit of 60 MB when submitting assessment views and custom reports to the ZE library. This can be exceeded when, for example, there is a large PDF or other file attached to an assessment as material. Attach a smaller file for material, or remove such files altogether before submitting to the ZE Library, or else it will be rejected.

Push Custom Reports to Ze Library

Go to Reports.
Select View Reports.
Click on the title of the report.

Select the Advanced tab.
Click Submit to ZE Library.

Add Package Details

Name will default to the current title. Update as needed.
Add Tags to help when filtering through the list of packages in Ze Library.
Client is a collection of packages.
Click Push to ZE Library.
