Who is the intended audience?
Teachers and Administrators
What data is reported?
SBA results by specified group, includes average performance levels by group/demographic, % of students at each performance level, and performance level/proficiency gaps by group.
How is the data reported?
As a report group summary of average performance levels by subgroup on one side and gaps in performance on the other.
Note how “academic year” and “test year range” selections impact the report. For example, if we select students who were in a classroom (academic year) in 2014-2015 and took the SBA in 2014-2015, scores will include how the students performed following the teacher's instruction in the 2014-2015 school year. However, if it’s September 2016 and we select 2015-2016 as academic year and 2014-15 as test year, we can see a teacher's incoming students’ performance.
