This lesson will guide you through the process of removing or exiting students from an Intervention Group.
Where to Start
1. Select the Students tab.
2. Under MTSS/RTI, click Intervention Tracking.
Removing Students from a Program
You will be taken to the Intervention Programs page.
1. Click List Students.
2. Select the checkbox next to the students you wish to remove.
3. At the bottom of the page, find the Actions dropdown menu and select Remove. Remove is used if you want to erase record of the student ever being in the program. Note: Remove won't work unless you have also deleted any and all sessions.
Should you wish to just simply exit the student see below.
4. Click Remove. You will receive a green success message at the top of the page.
Exiting a Student from a Program
Exit From Program supplies an end date. To Exit a student from a program, follow the same steps outlined above, but instead select Exit from Program from the Actions dropdown menu. Then, select the date you wish to remove them from the group and click Save.
Once you've clicked save, you will receive a success message.
