This lesson will guide you through the process of Mass Updating Teachers for Draft Sections.
Where to Start
1. Click on the Scheduling tab.
2. Under Draft Schedule Mgmt, select Draft Sections.
3. Select search criteria for the sections you wish to mass update Teachers for.
4. Click Submit.
Mass Update Teachers
1. Click the checkboxes next to the sections you wish to update.
2. Click on the Actions dropdown menu.
3. Select Mass Update Teachers.
Your Course selections will display at the top of the page.
4. Select the New Teacher from the dropdown menu.
5. Is this the Primary Teacher? Select Yes/No.
6. Click Submit.
7. You must agree by clicking the checkbox that you understand you are mass updating course details.
8. Click Save Changes.
If there are no conflicts...
If there are no conflicts, you will receive a green success message at the top of the page.
If conflicts are found...
You must agree to allow student and teacher conflicts to be created in this mass update by clicking the checkbox and then Save changes.
OR press Cancel and make updates to your selections following the same process outlined above.
