This is an internally generated course ID. This is not editable.
All courses are currently being reported as 01 "Regular" courses.
The Academic Year characteristic is generated from the Academic Year in which the course was offered (this is inferred from start/end dates selected when generating the extract).

The Completion Status characteristic inferred from the student's end date in the course, and whether student was "Ungraded."

The PIC is pulled from the "State Educator ID" field under the Admin Gear-> User Management

The Virtual Delivery characteristic is drawn from the "Distance Learning/ Virtual Delivery" flag associated with a section offered during the count period.

The Mentor Teacher characteristic is drawn from the "Mentor Teacher" flag associated with a section offered during the count period.

In Course Details, the amount of credit hours associated with the course can now be documented in College Credit . This will allow reporting a number from 0 to 10 to represent the number of credits assigned to each post-secondary (college) level course the student attempted.
