New Category Filter for Encounters for Telehealth Audio/Visual
Providers can now search using the new Category of Telehealth Audio/Visual (95) to filter Service Type dropdown results.
The Mass Caseload Management and Reassignment now Includes C4S Services
Those with permission for Mass Caseload Reassignment or Mass Caseload Management can now use the tool to move students from one C4S provider to another. NOTE: If the NEW Provider will become the case manager you will want to adjust this on the C4S Key Data Page as well.
