The View Assessments page allows users to quickly search for their Manual/Hybrid, Legacy Item Bank, Item Bank, and Flexible assessments. The intelligent and adaptable search technology allows users to quickly find, access, review, and administer assessments. This lesson provides information on accessing and navigating the View Assessments page to effectively access and administer assessments.

Folders
On top of the premade Drafts and Favorites assessment categories, users can create custom personal folders. These can be used to organize groupings of assessments for easy viewing and access, without affecting other users' access to those assessments.
- Select + New Folder to begin creating a new folder.
- Each user starts with no custom folders.
- Users can create up to 15 folders. When this maximum has been reached, the + New Folder option disappears.
- Enter a name for the newly created folder.
- Folder names are limited to 15 characters.
- A user's folder names must be unique.
- Folders can be renamed at any time.
- Assessments can be moved into a created folder individually via the Assessment Details, or in bulk. To add multiple assessments to a folder at once, select the checkboxes next to the desired assessments.
- Select the 3-dot menu that appears when one or more assessments have been selected, and select Move to folder.
- A pop-up menu appears. Select the desired folder from the dropdown menu.
- Select Move.
Assessments can be moved from one folder to another using the same method, or removed from folders entirely. Note that an assessment cannot be in more than one folder at one time; however, an assessment can be stored in a folder and also be a Favorite at the same time.
- A notification message appears confirming that the assessments have been added to the chosen folder.
- Moving an assessment to a folder does not remove it from the full list of assessment results. The assessments still display under All Results, but will display to the user with a folder icon and the folder name to indicate it is already in a folder.
- The Search bar, Filters, and Sort function can be used to filter assessments within a folder, affecting the assessments within whichever folder is currently selected.
- To delete a folder, select the trashcan icon next to the folder name. The folder must be empty of assessments before it can be deleted.
- To empty a folder, the contained assessments can be moved to another folder, or, to remove the assessments from any folders, the assessments can be moved to All Results. Once the folder is empty of all assessments, it can be deleted.
