Who is the intended audience?
Teachers and Administrators.
What data is reported?
Student name, student ID, standard code OR question group name, average percent correct for each area. Boxes use performance band colors from the select assessments IF those assessments use the same performance band set. Otherwise, the following default set is used:
Level 1: 0-25
Level 2: 26-50
Level 3: 51-75
Level 4: 76-100
After the roster data, assessment summary pages are provided, which offer the assessment name, all administration dates, number of questions, points possible, and all standard codes and descriptions OR question groups that are part of each assessment.
How is the data reported?
Users can select multiple assessments directly or through the use of various input control options (date range, scope, subject, grade, etc.). Any standards-based OR question group-based assessment taken at least once by a student will be included in the percent correct averages. Users can list these scores by student, teacher, site, section, or subgroup selection (ethnicity, English proficiency status, gender, socio-economic status, special ed. status, or title I status). Each box can be clicked to reveal a window showing all assessments and scores included in the overall average.
