The following is a guide on how to read the Physical Fitness Test Extract errors prior to submission. This acts as a guide in reviewing errors before creating a file for submission. This file is for data clean up purposes only, not to be used for state submission.
The assessment data and student demographic data combines into the required extract file.
If not using DnA's Student Information, this may require your System and Data Administrators to update student data from your current Student Information System.

What Do I Do Now?
The above errors can be corrected and reviewed in the modules and area as described. You will find most errors occur from Student Demographics and Contacts.
If you are not using DnA's Student Information System, much of this work needs to be reviewed and updated as appropriate with your current Student Information System. Once updated from your current SIS, you can run the extract again the following day to check your errors and review.
