This lesson guides users through the process of mass sharing/un-sharing reports directly from the List Assessments and/or List Reports pages in DnA. This allows for the quick distribution of data across users within the system.
Assessments
- Go to Assessments.
- Click View Assessments.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the assessment(s). Select all by clicking the checkbox at the top of this column.
- Select Share or Unshare.
- Click Submit.
Sharing
- Select an audience to 'Share With' via the dropdown menu.
- Select abilities to share with the selected audience.
- Click Share.
Un-sharing
- Select the checkboxes. and then click 'Un-share Assessments'.
- Select 'Nevermind, get me out of here!' to return to your assessment list. The assessments will remain shared.
Reports
- Select the Reports tab.
- Under General, click View Reports.
Mass Sharing options are only available on the List View.
- Select the checkbox to the left of the report(s). Select all by clicking the checkbox at the top of this column.
- Select Share Reports or Un-Share Reports.
- Click Submit.
Sharing
- Select an audience to 'Share With' via the dropdown menu.
- Select abilities to share with the selected audience.
- Click Share.
Un-Sharing
- Select the checkboxes. and then click 'Un-share Assessments'.
- Select 'Nevermind, get me out of here!' to return to your assessment list. The assessments will remain shared.
