Visit your preferred internet browser, and enter the URL or web address: status.renaissance.com.
Status Page Overview
To receive notifications and status updates on system statuses, you can subscribe your email and various social media to be instantly alerted.
An overall status is provided, combining all system operations.
There are various areas to review status updates. Each area will have a status update on the right-hand side.
Operation statuses are posted for each area and for overall systems.
The Past Incidents Log provides information on incidents as they were reported. For incidents that occurred, you will find the status timeline to review.
Select the Incident Title to retrieve a new tab or window of information on the posted event. This will provide a Timeline of the incident, and any details available.
Incident History will present status updates by month, with the ability to filter. Selecting the title of incidents highlighted in blue will open a new tab or window with the individual status details.
To go back to the homepage, select Current Status.
