We’re excited to announce that this year, Illuminate Education has worked with Gather Digital to provide a mobile application for the event. You will get up-to-the-minute information such as the latest agenda, updates from the conference planner, speaker information, feedback opportunities, maps, vendor details, an attendee list and more.
Search ‘IEUC’, ‘Illuminate Education' or 'IE Conference' and download or OPEN (if you have been to IEUC before).
Register for 2019 West IEUC
Do not login to the app, but rather the conference 2019 West IEUC. Even if you have attended IEUC in the past, each conference is considered unique and a new registration. This is NOT tied to your conference registration or ticket and is treated separate.
- Select 2019 West IEUC to get started.
- Select Register to begin.
- Enter your school or work email address.
- Enter your First Name.
- Enter your Last Name.
- Enter the name of your organization.
- Enter your role at your organization.
- Select Submit.
You should now receive en email confirmation to confirm and authenticate the account. Complete the process and login to get started.
Navigating the App
- Anything posted to Twitter, using @IlluminateEd, #IEUC19 or #IEUC2019 will be rotated on the homepage!
- The Quick Nav menu is available to quickly access Schedule/Sessions, My Schedule, Links, Info, and Leaderboard, for our interactive badge game!
Click the list icon in the top left corner to access all of the app features available, including but not limited to:
- Illuminate Block Party
- Google Lounge
- Exhibitors, and
- Leaderboard
Select Schedule/Sessions to see all available sessions.
- Select the Filter tool to quickly find sessions by Learning Pathway, Presenter, Audience, and/or by Type.
- Learning Pathway allows you to see sessions relative to MTSS/Whole Child/SEL, Grading Practices, Data Analysis, etc.
- Presenter refined the search to see sessions lead by specific a presenter.
- Session Audience will provide sessions tied to your primary role in your organization such as District Admin, Teacher, Other Awesome, etc.
- Session Type allows you to see sessions by specific product or delivery, such as eduCLIMBER, Hands-On, DnA, etc.
Session Schedule
- Sessions you are interested in or want to attend can help to build your schedule by selecting My Schedule
- When in sessions, select Check In as soon as you can!
- You can also take Notes while in the session to reference later
Checking in to sessions is part of our interactive badge game to win prizes, lanyard buttons, and even an Illuminate Letterman Jacket!
Session Feedback
To answer our 3 question survey about the session you attended, please follow these steps:
- Click on the My Schedule
- Click on the title of the session you just attended
- Click the survey link
Make sure to visit the Illuminate Block Party, an area of illuminating Vendors and Exhibitors, a Google Lounge, and Illuminate's Get Engaged area.
- Get Engaged with llluminate to pick up your lanyard badges, Name Tag Labels, Cornhold, Plinko, and other activities that celebrate how you illuminate! This is also where you can pick up your prizes as you earn badges.
- The Google Lounge will highlight our being a premier partner with Google for Education, containing 4 activities for an all exclusive Google Lounger button and a chance for 4 attendees to win a free Chromebook!
- Exhibitors who partner and provide services with Illuminate will be lining up to meet you and chat about helping to promote teacher and student success.
Just visiting and exploring the Illuminate Block Party leads to many opportunities to win badges and other prizes!

Badges can be earned throughout the conference! Some badges are virtual and others will help you retrieve badge buttons and prizes in the Get Engaged area! Not only can you earn badges for a variety of tasks, but based on the number of badges you earn, you may receive a prize:
- Some badges when earned will award you an actual button for your lanyard!
- Earn 7 badges to receive a sticker
- Earn 16 badges to receive a pen
- Earn 32 badges to receive a set of magnets
- Earn 42 or more badges to be placed in a raffle for two winners to win a Illuminate Letterman Jacket!
