Accuracy and Validations to Review
1. Click Scheduling, then The Board.
2. Click the Totals button.
3. This will pull you down to the bottom of the page where total students scheduled by grade and period will appear. Please compare these numbers with the numbers from your current SIS.
4. If the numbers do not match, use the following methods to attempt to identify where the error is occurring. Also, triple check your import logs to make sure there are no errors on the Mastschd.txt, Studemo.txt, or Roster.txt.
1. Click Scheduling, then The Board.
2. Using the totals on the right hand side, compare the numbers with the totals in your existing SIS. Likely, if a students schedule was rejected there will be at least one section where the numbers do not match.
3. If the numbers do not match, you can click on the section ID (blue numbers on the left) to view the students enrolled in the section. Please compare the list of students with a corresponding list from your prior SIS. Note any missing students.
4. Additional validation accuracy should be done via Master Schedule list and via Roster per Teacher. Both reports can be access via the Scheduling tab.
1. Click Scheduling, then Incomplete Live Schedules.
2. Use the Control Panel to select a specific school site.
3. Select the Timeblocks (periods) which are considered primary periods for your site.
4. Select all Grade Levels and all Attendance Programs.
5. Click Submit.
6. The above message will display when the report is done generating. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the list of students.
7. This report will provide a list of students who are missing 1 or more periods (based off of the period and grade level selections). Any student missing a period will show with an X for that period. Please compare with your existing SIS and make the necessary adjustments to the extract file.
