Create and Access a DnA Help Center Account

This guide will walk you through creating and accessing your DnA Help Center account. This is useful for accessing tickets with secure data and for tracking all requests sent to Support.

1. Create Your Account
  1. Go to https://support.illuminateed.com/
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Click Sign up.
  1. Fill in your DnA account information. This includes 'You full name' and 'Your email'. This email should match your district assigned email address.
  2. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox.
  3. Click Sign up.
2. Check Your Email to Activate Your Account
  1. Check your email for an activation link from info@illuminateed.com. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your Spam folder.
  2. Click the blue activation Link to finish your account set up.
  3. Your Help Center account has now been created and linked to your User Account.
3. Access Your Account
  1. Go to https://support.illuminateed.com/
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter your account information.
  4. Click Sign in.
4. View Your Profile
  1. Click your name in the top-righthand corner.
  2. Click My Activities.
5. View Your Tickets and Requests
  1. Depending on your level of access, your tickets appear under My Requests, Requests I'm CC'd on, or Organization requests.
