DnA supports rostering through the Michigan Data Hub ODS API in place of rostering directly with your SIS vendor. In order to set up the rostering please open a request with support which will start a Data Services project. The only thing that DnA will need is the API credentials (path, key and secret) for an ODS API consumer.
The SIS integration is still the preferred method for this integration. The MiDataHub ODS may not have all of the data that we would typically pull from the SIS vendor, and the data may take 24 - 48 hours to go from SIS to MI Data Hub to DnA.
In order to move forward with this process, you will need to have working credentials coming from EdFi before proceeding with the next steps.
Before You Get Started
Setting up the integration requires the following:

Import Student Ids
- Ed-Fi student Unique ID must match any existing import_student_id
Submit a Request
Submit a request to the Support Team with your API credentials (path, secret, and key) and Data Services will complete the setup for the integration. Please use the Secure Data checkbox within ZenDesk when submitting your ticket. For more information on this, please visit Contacting Support.
