• Shortcut Key Descriptions have been added to a Teacher's proctoring screen in Skills Assessments

• When entering a weight that includes a decimal, it now has been updated to be a realistic number, adding validation to the the weight selection text box.
• Arrow selectors on the weight text box will now change the weight by whole numbers instead of decimals. Users are still be able to enter decimal values manually.

• When building an answer key in Flexible Assessments with Question Type Constructed Response Advanced, the matching value fields were not aligned properly and now are in alignment with the score.

• Evidence Based Selected Response Items have been updated and corrected to provide student answers correctly across all areas student scores are displayed, including Assessment Panel.

• When duplicating a Flexible Assessment, Explicit Constructed Response question types would not copy over as expected and now has been resolved.

• A common field for Homeroom Teacher in Elementary Report cards were showing the incorrect teacher, when there is a teacher change made on the section. This has now been resolved to show current homeroom teacher.

• WELPA 2012-13 through 2014-15 errors have been corrected

• When an assessment has results for students with the same name, only one of the students is populating on the Matrix Report and has now been resolved.
• When grouping Matrix Report by Question Group, the report would not run as expected. It would run a report when grouping by question or standard was selected. This has now been resolved.

Olweus Bullying Survey Report has had the following fixed and corrected to work as expected:

• Having excluded multiple administrations now includes multiple administraitons
• Not reporting the correct grade level now reports grade levels within the affiliated site as expected

• When in Custom Reports, cells where a performance band had been applied had an extra space at the start and end of the field when downloaded to Excel, now has been resolved.
• A new field for BI Tool created reports, now has a field to display the author
  • For New BI Tool Reports system will display: Report List View page - Author; Edit Page - Author and Last Updated
  • For existing BI Tool Reports system will display: Edit Page - Last Updated (after user update info)

• California prebuilt report is showing in the list of available assessment reports for Connecticut Clients has now been removed from non-California clients.

• Not all courses were made available in providing expected results in this report. Now, all courses that can be used for considering student eligibility in the GSSM report available in the filter boxes when at the site level.

• The only Restraining Order option acts as an all or nothing function. If a contact has the Restraining order check box checked, they will not have access to parent portal.
• A NEW option within the "More Info" section of the create/edit contact page, to allow a user to select a checkbox that shows the user has a restraining order but still has access to parent portal.
• This alerts and functions of setting a contact with a restraining order will be the same except for access to their parent portal.

• In Language Details, "Follow-Ups" section now have 5-year range on both View and Edit Language Details for all states.
• Data validation is now available on Follow-up Date input

• CTE Quick Nav option now is highlighted in blue once hovered over
• The page displayed in red once the user is on the current page within the Quick Nav drop down.
• The 'Hand Pointer' icon appears when user moves cursor over the Quick Nav drop down.
• The quantity of options within the Quick Nav drop down menu vary from state to state. For e.g. in Washington the options are :
  • "Assign New CTE Pathway",
  • "CTE Assessments",
  • "CTE Certifications"
• California option also includes:
  • "Assign New CTE Pathway".

• When the "02 - GSRP/Head Start Blend" Early Childhood Program is selected, a new "Site 2" field should appear on the "Early Childhood Programs" screen for MI instances.
• The "Fiscal Entity Code 2" characteristic should default to NULL/blank
• The characteristic can only be reported on records indicating an EC Program of “02” (GSRP/Head Start Blend).

The CRDC LEA and School extracts for the 18-19 school year have been updated to pull 17-18 data.

• If using non-binary gender, for CA and WA only, gender options only applied to their state specific reports. None of the logic was applied to the CRDC Federal Reporting at this time, in support of current collection

• When percentage is set as threshold within Attendance Letters, trigger occurs when the count of flags matches the number of percent specified. Meaning if the threshold is set at 10%, the system only triggers a student as pending the letter if the count of flags exceeds 10, but not if the percentage exceeds 10%. Such percentage thresholds now run as expected and generate desired results.

• Student Scope Selectors have been updated when generating Student Locator cards

• The MSDS GeneralCollection Spring has been updated to 2018-2019

• The "Working Parents" characteristic has been removed from the "Early Childhood Programs" component. This characteristic has been removed as it is no longer needed for reporting.

• A system_key has been added of "exclude_from_cedars" to the code_key = '999' in codes.classroom_teacher_roles for HPS
• Exclusion of teachers from the 2018-19 CEDARS Staff Schedule File G report if the teacher has the classroom role assigned to them with that system key
• Exclusion of teacher from the 2018-19 CEDARS Staff File F if they are not assigned any other sections, with other classroom codes
• If a Teacher has ONLY the "Attendance Only (Do Not Include In State Reporting)" classroom role assigned to them for all of their sections they should not appear in this report.
• If a Teacher has at least one classroom role assigned to them besides, "Attendance Only (Do Not Include In State Reporting)," then they can appear in this report.
