In this lesson, you will review how to send translated messages in the Classroom Message Center.
Where to Start
One way to access the message center is to expand the "Account" Tab at the left navigation and click on "Messages".
Another way to access the message center is to select the envelope icon from the page header.
From the Inbox window, select the "Compose" button.
On the "Write a Message" page, select your recipients and create your message.
After your e-mail is written, you will be presented with a send button and two-options: "Allow recipients to respond directly to my e-mail address" and "Translate message for parents". When you select "Translate message for parents", Classroom will automatically translate the message into the Home Language for the parent. Classroom uses the home language set in ATS.
Add a checkmark to the Translate message for parents tickbox.
Once you confirm everything is attached and the message is complete, simply select the "Send" button.
