In this lesson, you will review how to create plans from a template for multiple educators. As a District Administrator, you can assign plans from a template to multiple educators across multiple sites. This is different than assigning plans to educators during the rollover process. Where to Start
On the left hand menu, click Virtual Data Wall and then click Staff.
Check the boxes next to the schools you would like to select and click Next.
To sort, click on an option on the left hand side and check the boxes next to the options you would like to display. In this example, educator Title was selected.
Once the group of educators you would like is selected, click Create Educator Plan. You will create a plan for all educators listed on the screen.
Select the template you would like to use to create the plans.
If you would like, change the name of the plan. The plan will automatically insert the name of the staff member at the end of the plan; you do not need to add it here. Click OK when you are finished.
Check the boxes next to the To Do Items you would like to include in the plans and click OK.
Note: You will receive a confirmation when the plans have been created.
